Cottage Description

Completely renovated as of January, 2009.

Units have flat panel DirectTV, new electric stoves and refrigerators with freezers, automatic forced air gas heat, major cooking and serving utensils, (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc.), electric toasters, coffee makers and microwaves.

Winter: On snowmobile trail, cross-country skiing, snowmobile derby and ice fishing.

WALLEYE: The 3-bedroom has 3 queen beds wtih closets in each room. (Extra sleeping arrangements are provided with queen size sofa bed.)
$825.00 per week (based on 4 guests)
$25/day per additional guests

SMALL MOUTH: The 2-bedroom has 2 queen beds, all with closets. (Extra sleeping arrangements are provided with queen size sofa bed.)
$725.00 per week (based on 4 guests)

Daily rates available September through May with a 2-day minumum.

WALLEYE: $130.00 (based on 4 guests)
SMALL MOUTH: $115.00 (based on 4 guests)

Units have been remodeled with carpeting throughout. Each unit has a television, fireplace and sliding glass patio doors leading to a large sun deck with patio furniture. There are outdoor grills available for your barbecuing pleasure and a fire pit.

Our cottages are open all year round and there is never a shortage of things to do in the North Woods.

Winter Activities
We have downhill skiing (Brule Mountain is only 30 minutes away), ice fishing, snowmobiling on trail #6 (right from the back door), cross-country skiing and hunting. Casino in Watersmeet, MI, 30 min. drive.

Summer Activities
1430 acres of lake with only 25% of the shore developed means you can fish, swim or boat in totally uncrowded conditions. Golfing, hiking, horseback riding and water-ski shows are only a few of the activities and only minutes away. Big Sand Lake offers excellent fishing for MUSKY, WALLEYE, NORTHERN PIKE, BASS and PANFISH. The golf course is only 5 minutes from your door. Enjoy the loons, bald eagles, blue herons and osprey.
